Siobhan Mears | Alignment and Identity

The Path That Shaped My Work

My journey has been one of growth and evolution. I began in the corporate world, supporting senior leaders and boards across the UK, Europe, and the Middle East. During maternity leave, I launched my first business, later building and exiting an agency, creating a tech platform, and leading transformational retreats.

Along the way, I discovered that success isn’t only about achievement - it’s about alignment, identity, and the inner work that creates lasting transformation. That path shaped the work I do now: guiding ambitious founders and leaders through the same kind of transformation I’ve lived myself.

The Shift That Changed Everything

I know what it feels like to reach a point where “doing more” no longer works. Many of my clients arrive having already built credibility and results, yet something feels out of sync: their business has grown, but they feel stretched thin, their clarity is clouded, and the fulfilment they were chasing hasn’t lasted.

Others feel blocked, circling decisions, second-guessing themselves, or pushing harder without the breakthrough they know they’re capable of. I’ve been there too, and I know that’s the moment when cookie-cutter strategies stop working and the real shift comes from changing how you think, lead, and expand into what’s possible.

I do this work because it’s not enough to build success on paper - it has to feel aligned, sustainable, and expansive in reality. My purpose is to help leaders unlock that shift.

The Principles I Lead With

My work is guided by values that influence every conversation, every decision, and every breakthrough:

Transformation

Real change happens when you shift the patterns and beliefs shaping your results, not just the strategies on the surface.

Growth

My clients are ambitious and ready for more; I hold that vision with them until they can step into it fully.

Integrity

Everything we do is built on trust, safety, and the highest standards of excellence.

Alignment

The next level of success lasts only when it feels authentic, energising, and true to who you are becoming.

You’re Running Fast, But It Still Feels Like You’re Stuck

If you’re here, you’ve already achieved success, but it doesn’t feel how you thought it would. You’re running fast, yet it’s like being stuck on a treadmill: effort without the freedom you’ve been working for.

You’ve hit milestones, but they come with pressure, exhaustion, and the weight of carrying it all yourself.

Some days it feels like you’re constantly firefighting, never able to step back and breathe. On paper, things look impressive, but inside you know you’re not where you want to be.

And deep down, you can feel it - there’s another level waiting. But right now, it feels just out of reach.

Imagine What It Would Feel Like to Finally Break Through

My work combines four powerful elements that, together, create transformation:

coaching, strategy, mentoring, and mindset.

The Sweet Spot of Lasting Transformation Diagram

Coaching creates the space to uncover blind spots, shift old patterns, and step into new ways of leading.

Strategy brings clarity and direction so your business grows in a way that supports the life you want.

Mentoring gives you the lived experience of someone who has built and exited businesses, launched new ventures, and worked in the corporate world alongside senior leaders and boards, which means I understand the pressures and challenges you face.

And Mindset is the thread that ties it all together, shifting identity, beliefs, and behaviours so the change lasts.

I know this approach works because I’ve lived it myself - building, growing, and evolving through my own transformational journey.

It’s that blend of professional expertise and personal experience that allows me to guide ambitious leaders through the shifts that move them beyond hidden ceilings and into what’s truly possible.
